Important Disclaimer

Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any other security information.
• All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. KennedyLogs will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• KennedyLogs is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information, including but not limited to phishing attacks, password sharing, or weak passwords.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. However, you remain responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for individual use only.

Product & Service Terms

• Products and services are sold "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. KennedyLogs does not guarantee the long-term validity or functionality of any purchased accounts.
• Account replacements are only valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any issues must be reported within this timeframe to be eligible for replacement.
• You must verify login credentials immediately upon purchase. Failure to verify within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the product.
• Country-specific accounts must be accessed from their designated IP addresses or using appropriate VPN services. KennedyLogs is not responsible for geo-blocking issues.
• No refunds will be issued for accounts that have been accessed or used, regardless of the duration of access.
• Account lifespan varies depending on the service provider's policies. KennedyLogs does not guarantee that accounts will remain active for any specific period.

Wallet & Payment Policy

• Wallet funds are non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once deposited, funds cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to another user.
• Funds can only be used for purchases on kennedylogs.store and have no expiration date as long as your account remains active.
• Minimum deposit amount is ₦1,000 (One Thousand Naira Only). No maximum deposit limit applies.
• Failed transactions due to bank or payment provider issues are not the responsibility of KennedyLogs. Please contact your bank or payment provider directly for resolution.
• All payments are final once processed. KennedyLogs does not offer chargebacks or reversals.
• Promotional bonuses or credits may expire after 30 days if not used, unless otherwise specified.

Prohibited Activities

• Using purchased accounts for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund. This includes but is not limited to fraud, hacking, harassment, or any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws.
• Attempting to resell or redistribute purchased items without explicit written authorization from KennedyLogs is forbidden.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, discounts, or referral bonuses is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being banned.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties or allowing others to use your account is strictly forbidden.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the KennedyLogs platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with our platform is forbidden.

Limitation of Liability

• KennedyLogs is not responsible for how you use purchased accounts. You assume all risk and responsibility for your activities with any accounts obtained through our platform.
• We do not provide customer support for account management, troubleshooting, or training related to the purchased accounts. Support is limited to purchase-related issues only.
• We do not store login history or credentials after purchase. Once an order is completed, we cannot retrieve or reset passwords for purchased accounts.
• Account suspensions due to policy violations by the original service provider are final and not eligible for refunds or replacements.
• In no event shall KennedyLogs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

KennedyLogs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. Major changes will be announced via our WhatsApp community group.

Acknowledgment

By using kennedylogs.store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this platform.
• You understand the nature of the products being sold.
• You accept all risks associated with purchasing and using account credentials.
• You will not hold KennedyLogs responsible for any consequences arising from your use of purchased accounts.
